My passion & inspiration
In addition to my master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Basel, Switzerland, I also hold an Executive Leadership diploma from the IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland.
And my 25-years spent working in CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control) has fuelled my passion to further improve the development and manufacturing processes required to make innovative drugs accessible to patients.
During these years, my practical experiences in the preclinical up to commercial phases have been coupled with managerial responsibilities in both start-up environments and large established organizations. The years spent in the role of General Manager added leadership and business transformation skills to my profile, and gave me the inspiration to share my passion and to found CMC & More.
